RIPPLE (XRP) $55 million in Series B financing

Ripple (XRP) has secured a massive $ 55 million from various investors which include SCB Digital Ventures (the venture arm of Siam Commercial Bank), Standard Chartered, Accenture Ventures and SBI Holdings. The main purpose of this investment is to develop the cross border transactions helping various financial institutions to make transactions as fast as possible.So far ripple has raised more than $93 million in funding.

Among the various investors are Andreessen Horowitz, Jerry Yang’s AME Cloud Ventures, Google Ventures and IDG Capital Partners.
