Thyme for Sunday Scent Experience ๐
Thyme is a very strong anti bacterial essential oil. It should never be used undilluted - it can cause serious skin irritation ! So, always use a carrier oil and add just a few drops.
You can use thyme oil for rematism - its a strong painkiller and it reduces infection.
The best way to use thyme oil though is by evaporating it. This way it can really help you when you have got a bad cough. It strengthens the immunity too.

Thyme is one of my favourite plants in the garden. I cannot resist rubbing my hand across it each time I pass by!
Its my first ever essential oil. It affected myskin and that is how i decided to become an aromatherapist
I love those sweet flowers that thyme has and I cannot believe how little I really knew about it!
Thank you so much for educating me on the essential oils! oxox Upvoted and Resteemed

@dutchess, thank you so much for sharing information on thyme! I had heard this info before but had forgotten it but when I came across your post I remember that I forgot about it. But now I've been reminded and I am able to bookmark some websites on thyme. Your photograph is beautiful! I appreciate the information you've shared! I hope to see more from you in the future! :)
