Here the Barents Sea begins and somewhere in the distance lies the Arctic Ocean.
The weather here is changeable. It can rain or even snow at any moment.

In winter, snowstorms sweep roads and you can get stuck for a day or two until tractors arrive and clean the road.

Das Wetter hier ist wechselhaft. Es kann jeden Moment regnen oder sogar schneien. Fast immer starker Wind, oft mit Stürmen.
Im Winter fegen Schneestürme über die Straßen, und Sie können ein oder zwei Tage lang stecken bleiben, bis Traktoren eintreffen und die Straße säubern.
