Awkward Introductions @dunnadelirium

I've been staring at this space for a while now and been trying to figure out what to tell you guys about myself. Introductions are awkward.

Hi! My name is Donnadelle. I was invited to join the Steemit community by a dear friend and fellow dialysis patient @mermaidvampire (she's awesome, thanks Kar!) I used to write blogs that no one ever reads and would just want to pick up writing again (regardless if people ever read it) so I signed up. Here I am after several weeks of waiting to be approved. Yes, I am very happy to be here!

My Steemit blog will be home to my mundane musings, my life chronicles, my frustrated attempts at photography, my kitchen exploits, and basically all things Donnadelle.

So yeah, I'd like to think that I live a life less ordinary. 30+ years in this world full of trials and tribulations, and I'm still here. That's something, right? I've lived, laughed and loved –- I've had my share of fun in this lifetime. I guess I can say that I am contented with the kind of life I have now. Life is too short so I make it a point to try everything at least once. As long as I'm able to do it, expect that I WILL. We shouldn't be afraid to try new things, especially when new things are presented to us. My reason for this: you never really know until you try. I don't want to live a life of regrets. I go out there and make myself vulnerable to life and everything that comes with it. I take it one day at a time.
