I wrote a lot on Steemit about walking with my dog in nature, spending a lot of the time outside and be as much as it is possible somewhere where I can't see a lot of people. I walked on so many wild territories and posted a lot of photos. But sometimes I end on the place where someone dropped a construction waste or dumped his old car. Well, that has no point at all because we have car recycling program, so if you have an old car, you can get some money just for dumping it on the right place. But some people would rather destroy their environment than make some money. The lack of responsibility for environment brought us where we are now. We don't know what is the quality of the air we breathe, of the water we drink, we used to eat suspicious meat and vegetables.

So I walk a lot every day and see a lot of different trees and bushes, then I walk more and see a lot of garbage dumped in the nature.

But the things I see the most are - TIRES!

Tires are everywhere, you can see them in the most unusual places. For few years, they even start to fit into the environment. This photo was taken today while I was walking with my dog:

Illegal dumping of tires can cause environmental disaster.

Tires pollute soil, water, plants, deserts... I don't think that this problem can be solved in the future because there are more and more cars every day. With cars come tires. And those tires have really short life span. Every year or two you have to change tires on your car. And what you do with old tires? It is really hard to put them in your trunk and take them on places predicted for that. But recycling of tires is also a pollution. For example, landfill sites. Under the ground, those tires start to react with methane gas and start to bubble on the surface. In this process, the ground, the water and the air around these landfill sites become polluted. Burning of those tires can also poison the air around. So, there is no better way to recycle the tire than find another use for it! And there are plenty of these solution.

I've seen tires used as bumpers in the skate park.

I've seen them as bumpers in playground for bocce, also.

With some imagination, you can make a pot for your plants made of a tire!

There are also shoes that have a bottom made of tires.

You can fill it with concrete and use it as a holder for parasol.

If you have a tire of a truck, you can put some concrete in it, and hook made of steel so you can put it on a shore and tie your boat to it.

There are many, many ways to use a damn tire than dump it into nature. There are even better was to use it than recycle it.

Tires will never be decorations or frames for your family photos, but if you have old tires, consider to find another use for them rather than dump it or recycle it!
