COVID19 IS DAY TIME ONLY?

I am new here. But allow me to share a little story about my title.

First, we all know that covid19 affects all people worldwide, and it is a nightmare for all of us. Yet, we still don't know up until when is this covid19.

Many countries have developed their vaccines already and distributed them around the world. There are some countries that the vaccine is not for free. Luckily, vaccines here in my place are all for free.

Now, back to my title, it says, "COVID19 IS DAY TIME ONLY?"

As far as I observed, Covid19 is everywhere. It will spread through droplets, and as long as people keep going outside, Covid19 is there too. Waiting to have another victim. The government implemented the maximum health standard in my country by observing physical distancing, wearing some face masks and face shields. And also, the government implemented some curfew hours, especially to those places and cities under quarantine measures.

During the daytime, a lot of people who are going outside. Either, young, adults and even some senior citizens even if that particular city or place is under quarantine measure. Some are going outside not because of some important stuff but because of having a trip or gathering some friends.

At precisely 6 pm or 7 pm depends on the curfew hours. People are in their respective homes already, and no one should stay outside, or else government authorities will give them a warning or a minor punishment.

Now, my big question is. Where are these authorities during the daytime? Why will they not warn people who are roaming in the city or a particular place? Why is that, that the authorities will come out only during the curfew hours?

Do they believe that the covid19 will spread during nighttime only?

That is just my thought, especially since I live where many people ignored the covid19.
