[DSB] Waiting List (28-Aug-2018)

DSB had power build-up time in the last two days. So we had to make a lot of refunds.
We are very sorry for the refunded customer.

By the way, we urgently delegated 5,000 steem power.
And we will maintain 90% level of power to maximize voting.
