Day 4

Today is going to be a quick one. Yesterday I pushed a super simple coming soon page to gitdash.io and I worked on the switch teams dropdown. The stupid dropdown didn't want to show for a good hour, turned out I had a typo in the id. It was super frustrating, but such is life.

The dropdown looks like this, with the options that were on the menu bar just in this dropdown. The letter in the box is the first letter of the name of the team with a background the selected color for the team. I'll eventually need to make sure they have enough contrast and display the full team name somewhere. For some reason there was extra space on the right side of the span, so I had to adjust the padding to make it look even.

Today is already almost over, so I'm going to try to get a page where you can see your teams. This is where you would go to switch teams or create a new team in the future.
