"Ithaqa" Comic Update #5 More Roughs!

Hey there, another update, this time with a new character for you guys to check out. His name is Harvey Bolton, and as you can see he is tracking somebody down...

Harvey is actually one of my favorite characters in this story, and I suspect that if I am lucky enough to have fans he will be a "fan favorite."

Although of course you always hope that all your characters are fan favorites! Below here is the splash page for Issue 1:

With the splash page we get a title for our first issue, it is "The Fool". If your tarot card senses are tingling, good for you! I've been naming the issues after the major arcana and what is called "The Fool's Journey."

Each major arcana represents a stepping stone on the path to enlightenment, and an important lesson the fool must learn before they can experience truth and happiness in the world.

This is a Lovecraftian story though, so unfortunately for our characters learning the truth will never EVER make them happier. The Fool's Journey is usually an optimistic story, but given the context of "Ithaqa" it is fair to say this will be a dark inversion of that voyage. At the end of the trip there is truth, but instead of it bringing our characters joy, it will bring them madness.
