They would probably claim they got it from other responsible nations and states that have legalized and regulated cannabis, perhaps pointing to WA state just a few miles South of here, where similar limits exist. People end up eating bags of cookies or gummies to get medicated.
Ultimately it all comes from Reefer Madness, which has its roots down in your area, as politicians started to get upset about cannabis users in the early 1900s. We've been making fear-based regulations ever since!
