In today #celestialchallenge, i will be talking about one of the greatest wonders of the world: THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA.
The Great Wall Of China
The great wall is a wall spianning 21,196,000 metres along the northern borders of china, this wall was built by Emperor Qin Shi Huang for defense against the Mongolian invaders in 220BC. In recent times, the wall has been used for border control in the northern part of china in controlling immigration,emigration and tax imposition.According to earlier reports, the wall can be seen from space, this is a testament to the magnifence of the wonderful architectural structure.
During The Reign of Emperor Qin, the wall was made of earth,woods and leafs but was subsequently reinforced with bricks during the ming dynasty by Emperor Ming after the ming defeat in the Battle of Tumu
Doesn't get much bigger than this Druids. As far as I recall you are the first person to write about the Great Wall of China in Celestial Challenge. So big points for originality mate.
