So in Duluth Minnesota this morning it was -35 to -40 degrees below zero. Me and the fiance decided to try something I had seen online with boiling a pot of water and toss it up in the air in negative temperatures and it froze before it even hit the ground.

The key is that it has to be well below zero so that's a check...it works best when humidity is under 30% as well....I didn't mention that in my video....I did the same thing up here in International Falls yesterday.
