Betterlife with steem:08/08/2021: Acts of Kindness [Free outreach medical camp: free medicines and free lab tests for all ]

Today after getting up at 8 a.m. in the morning, about an hour earlier than my usual time. I freshen up , took breakfast and got ready to rush towards camping site. Few days ago me and my friend had decided to organise a medical camp in which we anticipated to do free consultation and free medicine distribution to the people hailing from far flung areas and it was scheduled for today. So after getting up I headed towards camping site as the site was about 70 km away from my home in a hilly and far-flung district of our territory . So we reached the destination site by about 11 a m. As we reached, there were only few patients, so we thought that the motive of the camp was not served. We started camp and soon the scores of people turned out for consultation.

We consulted about 300 patients and we finished by 3:45 p.m. The leftover medicine was given to hospital for free distribution to the patients turning out for routine consultation.

Although the camp was not held with any government order but the block medical officer and Panchayat representatives kept government hospital as venue. Even hospital staff was deputed to serve. It was a pleasant experiamce.

We took rea and snakes arranged by hospital staff and than we headed back towards our home. I reached home by 6:00 p.m. then my mom and dad went to marriage ceremony of one of my maternal cousin sister . They are going to stay there for night. I was very much exhausted so I took a nap till 8 p.m. After getting up, i played with my nephew for a while . Than my sister called me for dinner . After having dinner , I got busy with my official work.
