My First Proof Silver Eagle - 2006(W) PR70 DCAM
Last week I bought my first proof American Silver Eagle. It is a PR70 coin, in perfect condition. I love how proof coins look and this one is no exception! I probably won’t be buying as many silver eagles as I have been recently, but I’ll still look to pick one up every once in a while especially if I see a good deal.
Maybe I’ll look to flip some of the coins I purchased earlier for a quick profit and diversify into other coins. One of the cons of ASE’s is that they’re basically a ticking time bomb until they tarnish or develop milk spots and I’m not a huge fan of that. I’d rather have a coin that actually stays perfect forever.

When they Silver Eagles first came out in 1986... I remember, I didn't care too much for the Reverse Side...
As per my P.C. (Sound Money) Theory, their One Dollar Face Value, will be Discontinued and Replaced with a Five Dollar Face Value..
