Cryptokitties Addiction

If you're like I am, you want to make money on cryptos as well as understand how the blockchain works. I should add I'm the the impatient girl who thinks Pokemon is dumb. I guess you can count me out for most treasure hunts. But when I heard that Cryptokitties converts the pointlessness into entrepreneurship and virtual DNA traits - two of my passions - Vitalik Buterin - or whomoever comprises that large team, got the millionth CK addict. This happened virtually, realistically, really, like...in 4 hours. CAUTION!

The steps to being in the game:
A) I opened up a Metamask account in my chrome extensions, named it and funded it.

I was trying to do it on the cheap. I consider my ETH kinda precious and don't want my wallet less than it is now. So I purchased 5 new dollars in ETH from coinbase directly through the Metamask site. Save your time, because, as I learned. This level of frugality gets you nothing. Next I added 30 dollars. That still wont let me get to the next step.

B) Set up my Cryptokitties.co account, named it and linked it with my crypto address to Metamask.

C) Perused the kitties. Who's for sale, who's siring, who's up for adoption, and their special traits.

D) Once in the breeding grounds, I realized it was a hot race to afford anything "breathing" with my limited ETH.

I basically took what I could purchase first; funny little 16th Gen kitty #82722, named Vrwmerh. She's slow A*F but with some other very adorable traits such as kittencream, ragamuffin shadowgrey, crazy, soserious, sizzurp with some totesbasic genes.

E) Wait - the site keeps crashing. The pages rarely load the first time, even on my own kitty's page. Even if I want to check out the traits of her parents.

Oh well, I also have to wait for her to rest before I can breed her. It takes soooo long, like 16 to 24 hours, since she's a slow poke. Had to fund my account again. With the .02 ETH that's left, adding another 20 USD should get me a suitable match, if I'm lucky.

F) The sire - I'm looking for a non-relative to match her with so they can make some cute babies. If I can afford him, I'm lining her up with a fast, cloudwhite rental. Hopefully he'll have some luckystripes or some saycheese, a couple of the over-the-top traits. If it's not a total Blitzkreig then I'll research his parents, because if he's got anything fast, switft or even snappy in his background there's always a chance my next Gen will inherit.

G) Then I'll be scrounging for the coin to buy a new totesbasic.
