Troublin' Mind — Exclusive to DSound / Song 004 (of a Million)
Troublin' Mind is a tune that I learned from a good friend, who learned it off of a Doc Watson record, and Doc learned it from Clarence Ashley, who cobbled it together from guys in the mine where he played and sang on pay day.
I recorded this version TODAY, in my home office, with only my Blue Yeti microphone. If you can pull them out, there are two upright bass tracks, panned to the left and the right channels. And there is one whispered voice (percussion track) with a "megaphone" filter on top of it. The rest is the first take, and is just me and my parlor-sized cedar/walnut guitar, having a good time.
This is song 004 of a million.
