Coo Coo Bird — Exclusive to DSound / Song 005 (of a Million)
Coo Coo Bird is a tune I first learned from a friend, who learned it from a Clarence Ashley recording from the 1920s that was included in a very well-known collection of music called the Anthology of American Folk Music.
This is a version of the tune that includes some whistling, a little bit of punk, and the attitude I think it deserves.
This is song 005 of a million.

Scrolled past this and it caught my eye. I never knew what Coo Coo Bird was but now I know its a tune. No matter how old you are you aways learn something everyday.
