        Ah! I never got to Bonn, though I did visit Cologne a couple of times. Trier was our closest German city and we visited there a few times. We drove to Frankfurt once too, and I also spent some time in Heidelberg. I'm back in my homeland of Scotland now and have been for 10 years, but my feet feel a little itchy, you know? No plans to go anywhere though. The kids are at school here and I really ought not to take our beautiful island location for granted quite so much as I do sometimes.
