How we usually say in web development "Hello, World!" or better I'm gonna say "Hello, Steemit!"

Hello, Steemit

First of all, I'd like to say hello and to gratitude everybody who clicked on this publication. Sooo, now let me introduce myself, my name is Mihail or Misha for friends (actually no one calls me Mihail, Nah it's too official). I'm 20 years old, I live and grew in Moldova in a small city but I Still Dream Big and never give up, because I truly believe that perseverance - is the only way to get through all obstacles that lay in front of you. I really love sports as you can see below.⬇

Of course, a gym is a great place to build your body and to gain a lot of motivation from those monsters of bodybuilding, who seem to be born with a couple of dumbbells in their hands, but for me when it comes to health and just simply esthetics, my choice in 100% is calisthenics which I practice for last 10 years.

Why calisthenics?

Well, the answer is: if you aim to build a body just to be proud of, which will impress your girlfriend and all the people around you on a beach, calisthenics is more than enough on my opinion! Plus it's cheap, healthy, and don't require a lot of time per day. More than that, you choose by yourself where to train today, it will be a healthy workout on open-air or an intensive one at your home.

Why the gym?

The answer is hidden on the surface, all we know how hard is sometimes to motivate yourself to do something, especially when it comes to a physical effort. Well then, $55 or more for monthly membership will be a good motivation to move your ass and make some changes in your life!! Plus there is a bigger potential for those who want to build their bodies in a short-term, but "short-term" doesn't mean a month or so how you could probably think. Even in a good gym, you will need at least a year, good nutrition and ideally a personal trainer to build an athletic body.

But I guess enough of sports for now.

Other Hobbies:

One of my biggest hobbies is reading, and if it's also your, I recommend you to read "The richest man in Babylon"by George Samuel Clason, if you're interested in ways to get rich, and a bit of philosophy "The art of being" by Erich Fromm, "think and grow rich" by Napoleon Hill (great book),"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "The Cashflow Quadrant" by Robert Kiyosaki will be a great choice to spend your time with worth.

Also, I do Freerunning when I feel like I have to gain some adrenaline, because when you learn a new element, there is a pure sensation of maximum fear just before you're jumping and then in the last moment you say to yourself "Nah, NO FUCKING WAY I CAN DO THAT!" and after a half of an hour of "mind games" you finally do your ultimate attempt and you succeed, that is the moment when you truly understand what happiness is. What I'm trying to say is that you have to meet face to face with all your fears, because all the best things in life are placed on the other side of terror!

That's it for now, I could write about my life experiences and my knowledge of sports much more, but it's up you to choose what is more interesting to read about. So, I'll wait for your comments down below. Thanks a lot for reading my first publication and special gratitude to developers of this brilliant platform. I hope we will create a great community together here on Steemit!

Would love to see some calisthenics videos on @dtube! Check it out!

Alright, it's a pretty good idea actually. Thanks for your suggestion!

Hey! Welcome to Steemit! The Richest Man in Babylon, by the way is a great book. It was my father's favorite, I've read it several times, it changes me each time. I'm @markrmorrisjr and I share a lot of fiction. I've been here about a year and a half and I've done alright for myself. Anyway, if you're interested in some tips on building your audience here, search the hashtag #dolphinschool for some of what I've learned.
