My Experience with Crypto Currency so far

From my experiences over the past week I have found that the crypto world is a very vast and confusing topic. About a month ago I was watching a video about Amazon FBA, and happened to stumble upon a video about BitConnect. I watched the video and could not believe the gains he was making. I tried to view the site and saw that they only took BitCoin as their payment for lending. At the time I just dismissed the idea, because i thought this would be a waste of time and i didn't even know what BitCoin was. The only other time i heard of BitCoin was about a year ago when someone told me they used it to gamble on a website. About a month later i revisited the idea, because I thought that if i just put $100 USD into the site I would not mind losing it. After doing much research i saw the incredible gains that BitCoin was making and I hated myself for not looking more into it before. If i had just looked into BitCoin the first time I heard about it if i had just invested $700 it would be up around $6,700 roughly. I would have made a $6000 profit in just a year! It was very difficult to find a safe and reliable exchange, however after all my research I stumbled upon CoinBase. So around 3 days ago I acquired my first 0.1779 Bitcoin from Coinbase at the price of $6,925 per BTC. At the time of the post Bitcoin is down to 6,700 and i decided to hold onto my BitCoin in the hope that it goes back up to $7,500.
