Car News: Supra teaserphoto?
Toyota has released a photo of a "modern racing concept" that they will bring to the Geneva Motor Show in March.
They say that the concept will show Toyota's "commitment to bringing its most iconic sports car back to the market". And what other model than the Supra could they mean?
The first thing I notice is the huge wing. Overkill or not, it is a bold statement in itself, and looks JDM as f - more like a driftcar.
The second thing is the roof line with a lowered "slope"in the middle. This could end up very strange, but as we can see it is also like this in the FT-1 concept, which turned out great:

I'm really looking forward to see the reveal in Geneva. I've seen athe spyshots that have come out from Toyota's winter testing of the new Supra. And even though it was camouflaged the rear of the car looked like crap. I hope it will turn out better than I fear.
I love the Toyota supra and nissan sky line.

Thanks. I have a very optimisric mind. It's a blessing when bad things happen to me. And annoing to my gf sometimes when I always think things will turn out fine, which the always do.

I personlly find it quiet beautifull, its defenitly better looking than the last Supra :p
I love the mk4, so I'm excited about what will be the mk5. The spyphotos of the front and sides are ok, but not anything special. The rear is horrific. This teaser shot looks much better, with the huge wing. But then again we don't get to see a lot of it... so it's hard to say
I'm not fan of the front, too long for my taste (but it seems to be trending as Mercedes and his Maybach 6). I'm waiting Geneva Motor Show to see more about it.
Just to make clear, the bottom picture is of the FT1-concept, not the Supra. The front of the new Supra - from what I've seen at the spypics, is not the problem. The problem for me is the rear. Otherwise the car just looks like the GT86' bigger brother. But I hope that the removal of the camouflage will make it stand out more.
