I am sharing my food diary game, hope you will like it.
Morning
I got up at 5 a.m. and offered my prayer, then recitation of sura Yasin. After this, i made my breakfast. as there is less time so normally i made simple breakfast. Got ready for my work. Performed my daily tasks in duty and came back to bus stop. I have to buy food items so went to market and buy fruit and vegetables.
Afternoon
After reaching at home take shower and went to kitchen for making lunch. Today i cooked smoky brinjal with potato. Its simple recipe but ita really tasty.

Green chillies | 2 to 3 |
Corinader | few leaves |
Red chillies | 1 tsp |
Garlic | few cloves |
Dry corinader | 1 tsp |
Cumin | 1/2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 3/4 |
Salt | as per taste |
Oil | 2 to 3 tsp |
How to cook
First of all washed and dried brinjal on the flame and placed them for cooking.
Changed the side after few second until it completely soften and burned from outside. Let it cool.
Gravy making
Take mud pot its my favourite as cooking is delicious in it. Put oil and chopped onion in it.
Wait until in turned golden.
Take pastle and mortar put garlic cloves, green chillies, red chilli flakes and dry coriander, pressed it until it became a paste like.
The color of onion changed put this garlic mixture in onion and fry it for one minute until aroma came.
Now, take tomato made its paste added in mud pot and waited for fry it.
Chopped the potato and put in the gravy, lowered the flame and allowed it to cook.
Smoky brinjal
Peel off the black skin of smoky brinjal cut into small cubes. After 5 minutes i checked potato were soften, then i added the chopped brinjal, coriander leaves and cumin in it. Mixed well. Lower the flame for 5 minutes. Its done and taste with smoky smell.
Tomato chutney
With smoky brinjal tomato chutney taste awesome.

How to make
Take pastle mortar and put green chillies, mint leaves, salt and garlic cloves, blended it well, then added finely chopped tomato and blend it. In the last added vinegar.
Mixed well its done. You must try it and give me your comments its very tasty. Then i made nan applied butter and enjoyed my lunch.
My husband liked the brinjal and chutney and asked the secret recipe of taste i shared with him.
Evening
I was tired went to sleep and wake up in the evening. There was heavy rain out side i made pakoras with tea, it was very tasty and rain enganced it flavour more.
In dinner, i decided to cook potato cutlet with black chickpeas. I went to kitchen and soaked the black chickpeas and also put potato in pressure cooker for boiling.

How to make
Potato were boiled in pressure cooker, peel off skin and added all the ingredients and chopped mint and parsely. Mixed well.
Made the equal round shape. Placed in referigerator till the rice were cooked.
Take pan added oil dipped the cutlets in blended egg and then in pan for frying, fry both sides till the color changed to golden. I served it with black chickepeas rice. It was really yummy. Hope you like my food diary post.
