The Food Diary Game Season :1 - 18/09/2021- #sfcharity50pc + Saturday Meals

Hope everyone is doing well and stay happy. Weekend is lovely day of my week, as there is less work and enjoyable breakfast in morning.
Morning
I got up at 5:30 a.m after my prayer and recitation of Holy Quran i awake my sister to make a delicious breakfast for family. I request her to make halwa pouri with chickpeas, pickle and offcourse with tea. I helped her in making pouri. She cooked halwa and chickpeas, there was awesome taste of all breakfast items. We served breakfast to family. Everyone liked it very much. After this, i got ready for duty, completed my work and came back to home.
Afternoon
I called my sister to cook okra with pickle as the weather is good today. The ingredients which are used in okra pickle are as follow.

Okra | 250 grams |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 2 |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Green chillies | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | as per taste |
Turmeric powder | 3/4 tsp |
Cumin | 1/2 tsp |
Pickle | 1 tsp |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Lemon and mint | for garnish |
How to cook
Washed the okra proper, dried out and cut in small pieces.
Stir fry
Put one tsp oil and stir fry the okra.
Gravy making
Take a pan added remaining oil and put chopped onion in it. Cooked it till it turned golden in color. Then added ginger garlic paste and all the spices, fry it for two minutes. Now, added chopped tomatoes and put the cover till it became soft.
Okra mixing
Gravy is ready added okra and pickle in it. Lower the flame for 5 minutes. Its done. These are really tasty.
We enjoyed lunch with nan and butter. It was yummy. Its time to take rest i went to sleep and wake up in after noon. I bought different fruits decided to make tasty fruit chaat.

How to make
Washed all the fruits and cut the small cubes of apple and bananas, separate the grains of pomegranate and grapes. Mixed all the fruit in bowl, then added honey, lemon and chat masala. Its really tasty every fruit was was with amazing taste.
Evening
As the weather was good my husband said made fried chicken with nan in dinner. I washed the chicken and marinated it for two hours.
Its my time for steemit, check notifications and comments. Enjoyed youtube for few minutes.
I went to kitchen for making dinner.
Chicken was soft now. I decide to air fry it using air fryer and few pieces i fried in oil too. It was quite easy to bake it in air fryer as it is healthy and time saving. After this i made nan and sauce for chicken.
My family liked cooked in air fryer as there is almost no use of oil. We enjoyed it chutney and nan.
