Amistad (2001) - (Original Music)
Amistad is one of my old original instrumentals, recorded back in 2001.
At that time i was starting to compose instrumental music and this was one of the first results. Recorded with my old Washburn 7 string guitar and my old Digitech rp2000 pedalboard (i sold both time ago), i was never happy with the final production, but now i think it was ok considering the gear and little knowledge i had back then...
As all the other old vault songs i have uploaded, i am working on new versions of all this tune, hopefully to release an album in the future...

Ooh, I really liked that one! The echo on the guitar around the 3 minute area really gave that section some ambience. I kept getting drawn in by the bass on this, it was tastefully done and gave the song extra character. And of course, the lead playing is always spot on!
Reminds me of the Stevie Vai stuff I used to listen to as a teenager in the 80's - love it!
