Talking to people and sharing their problems with them will help you lighten your burden and feel better.
2.Life is a long journey

You need to strengthen your resolve to battle depression and overcome it as you have a long way to go. There might be a certain incident or a group of events that have caused you depression but you must understand there will be a lot of bright days to look forward to in the future.
3.Count your blessings
‘Count your blessings’, a simple saying that one should keep in mind and follow religiously. Look around and you will see hundreds of people lead far more difficult lives than you do. When they go through their lives without any complain, why you can’t at least be courageous to fight depression and come out of it.
