Indeed, sea vitamins is good for young and adults alike. 😍
Soaking in the beaches is always the best hobby that I usually look forward to. Specially during particular sober days, the seawater has an amazing healing effect of lightening my mood.
I once read that due to the rich level of magnesium, seawater can help decrease stress, relaxes the muscle and promote better sleep.
It is also my natural medicine for curing coughs and colds of my kiddos specially that they also have asthma attacks at times.
The ideal time for me is during early dawn before six in the morning while the sun is not yet that hot. In this way, we get just the right amount of UV rays. 😂

At times, I just sit under a shady coconut tree while enjoying a cold beverage, feeling the breeze, savoring the majestic scenery and watching the kids playing to their hearts content.

Sometimes, we dip in the afternoon just before the sun is down. It's so glorious and truly refreshing to witness this kind of beauty. A good night rest is what me and the kiddos usually got after an hour stay outdoor in the seawater.
