The Hidden Faces Inside Bucharest Night Life

A couple of days ago I was strolling gently through Bucharest Old Town. At one of the edges, there is this beautiful building called CEC (meaning roughly the oldest popular bank in Romania). The building is surrounded by modern, glass and steel buildings, but at that specific moment, the lightning was somehow favorable, so I took a quick shot.

While browsing through my photos today, I saw something.... unusual :) It's like those border-conspiracy photos you see on Facebook, where the face of a ghost appears from nowhere in an otherwise benign setting.

If you carefully look in the middle, just behind the middle arch, you'll see a... let's call it "face". Or, more precisely, the face of an old man, almost asleep. You may have to magnify a bit, but the illusion is quite powerful.

Obviously, it's not a face, it's the main dome of the building, barely creeping between the game of lights and shadows of the night.

Still a bit spooky, if you ask me :)
