1- The content of the original script has a much darker atmosphere than the scenario in the movie. According to the scenario idea of ​​the screenwriter of the movie, Andrew Niccol, Truman would have alcohol problems and he would inflict violence on his wife. In addition, Truman will not live in an island city, but in a city exactly the same as New York City. However, director Peter Weir has concerns about these parts. In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine, Weir said, “Why should we set up a New York set?
