Enough about that dumb bimbo. I met some even dumber on Saturday. We were leaving the dirt racing event at the Dome in St Louis and as we are going out the line ahead of us stopped. Strange so I move over and look. The escalator had stopped and people were now trapped on it. Yes, you read that correctly. The moving stairs had stopped. So we are all standing there for a bit and I can not take it anymore. I yell out. "They are fucking stairs, just walk!!!." People start to leave out the side. As I get to the front there is now an attendant at the escalator and he says it is out of order. I am like yeah cool I will just walk down. He says I can't and that I need to go use the stairs on the other side of the walkway. This turns into a heated discussion about how escalators are just moving stairs. He doesn't get it. Deciding I did not want to go to jail in a new city I left and walked down the other stairs completely disappointed in humanity. I can only imagine getting in a fight to defend my manhood in an East St Louis jail after I have to tell them I got in a fight over if escalators are in fact stairs or not. FML. What is your opinion steemit?
The escalator is one of those rare things that works just fine even if it breaks down. When people's brains break down however...

I sometimes sit at work and think if everyone was smart I’d probably be out of a job lol
As for whaleshares I honestly don’t see the hype, like it’s got nothing that really uniquely appeals to me! Maybe if it focused on a niche like scorum I might give it some credit but I don’t see why it’s seen as an alternative unless people are perhaps disgruntled steemians looking to build their own communities and feel they are marginalized on this site im not sure
