Comedy Open Mic Round 32: Hardforking and last week review.

Hi, fellow COMmers. It has been a while since I made an attempt at one of these so let's go ahead and lighten up the mood about this recent thing that you may or may not know about. Yes, the hardfork. From my viewpoint looking in from the outside, it was a complete disaster for about a week. One of those you didn't get what you ordered type of deals, like..............

Yes, we did not get what was advertised. Everyone was locked out. Well everyone except me :) . So I did what any good member of the COM community would do.............................. I trolled @ned

It was an instant hit in a time of such trouble. I wasn't sure I should do it but with the constant positive reinforcement, I get from my mentor @trumpman I was dead set on the task at hand and I was rewarded with praise.

But the fun was short lived and I ran out of mana and RC. :(

Then we all got to come back. Let's just say just say that went about as smooth as a sandpaper dildo. We got surprised with something only Oprah could give us

Yep, we were all shit. Every person large or small was at 20% in a new thing called mana. What are we in a video game? WTF? We also had a new thing called Recourse Credits or RCs. What the fuck is a RC?

So as you may have guessed it. Everyone was losing their shit about now. The steem peasants cried out in unison.

But not old Doomy. I was just settling in. I love chaos so I was just over here like

I thought this was the end of the line for sure. I thought it was basically this.

And ned with his beautiful flowing locks were nowhere to be found. Just another father figure that went out for a pack of smokes and never came back.

Ned had us on lockdown and RCs were more scarce than cucumbers at a woman's prison. If you wanted to post, you had to buy more RCs. Ned had us all by the balls

and without RCs you got the window of death. I tried to suggest this one instead but was ignored.

So I paid up the only way I know how.

Now with my still hot RCs loaded in my account I had to do what you do on steemit.

I expected the worst. I figured by now steemit had descended into madness and was going to be very "lord of the flies" but in fact, it was the opposite, it was great. All of the normal bot reliant people threw fits and left for a couple days so I got to run around the place and enjoy it with no bid bots and you could actually curate and meet new people. In fact, I got to meet @d-pend @sircork @stellabelle and a few other folks that I normally would have never met had I been buried somewhere in the trash heap trending has gone back to with the bots. I had fallen in love with steemit all over again

We are now reaching a spot of relative silence and that is not known if it is good or bad. We have much to figure out and all I can say is
