Question about powering down
I just joined Steemit about one week ago and in my wallet history this is what I see:

1 day ago Start power down of 1842294.707376 VESTS
2 days ago Start power down of 1841316.792590 VESTS
2 days ago Stop power down
2 days ago Start power down of 1841316.792590 VESTS
Is this normal? I did nothing. I bought Steem Power with Bitcoin and then started posting, but it looks like it is powering down yet I see no steem in my account. How much is that many VESTS worth?
When you Power down Steem Power to STEEM it will require 2 years and 104 payments to convert back to STEEM
Ok but my point is that I did not power down. Why is that showing up? Could someone else have access to my account and if they do then could they have my private keys and be stealing from me?
Don't think so, seen something similar a few times, but not sure what is causing it to happen. Everything should be fine as long as it has been stopped as it says.
What sort of a password are you using? Is it one of the secure complicated ones that Steemit suggested, or is it something simpler that could have been hacked?
