Skydiving over the Caribbean Sea. I want to go again! ๐๐ฉ
Have you ever been skydiving? This is the story of when I went skydiving in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Well to start with this is the rickety old plane that I would be going up to 10,000 feet in and tandem jumping out of. On your first jump they do not allow you to go solo someone else pulls the parachute cord.
This was my tandem guy/ Danny Devito lookalike ๐
So off we go in the 200 year old plane (ok slight exaggeration but it was really really old) ... we're slowly climbing, sooooooo slowly. I think the worst part was being in this tiny baking hot claustrophobic tin can with two sweaty Mexican men praying that the plane will reach a decent height for me to jump to safety before it malfunctions and crashes into the ocean! ๐๐๐ป Yes that was my actual thought process!
The moment to jump arrives and I can't get out of the death trap quickly enough!! Slowed down by my Devito tandem guy........
Two feet out and whaaaaahhhhhhhhh I'm flying!! What an awesome feeling. It just doesn't last long enough. In about 12 seconds the parachute cord is pulled and I'm gerked upwards by a few meters before starting a lazy slow decent to the beach.
Such amazing views on the way down.

And after landing on the beach I was like a big kid/ tellytubbie jumping up and down screaming "Again! Again!" Only for my bank account to reply 'no mรกs!'
Next time I go skydiving I'm paying with STEEM or Bitcoin! Yeah!

Haha wow! That is insanely cool. Im torn between ever wanting to try it, cause I'm kinda scared.
But would you ever try basejumping? That looks even scarier. I watched a video of some people doing base jump from Kjerag, Norway today and I swear I might have peed myself lol
I would love to base Jump! Yeah it looks terrifying but that's all part of the fun! ๐
