My latest Witch Sketch and Study
With some watercolour added
I could go on about how busy I am (and believe you me, I am) but one can become rather a broken record in that respect.
Let's say I'm stealing moments to follow my love of sketching
and obviously witches as well. As it seems of late I cannot stop sketching my witchy ladies.
I'm not sure what is destined for this lady.
She might become a digital oil or a black and white ink or both...probably both.
I love to play with light and dark
and this piece has some shadow and light I'd like to play up. That of course will be more evident in an oil, but also really the main focus of my black and white pieces as well.
I hope all are enjoying their Summer (or Autumn depending on your hemisphere) and that you too are getting moments to indulge in your passions.

There seems to me that I like retro fashions; like Victorian, Edwardian, etc styles of clothing in a bygone era.
Looks live we both have same name these days, and it's ''Bussy'' :)
This 'witchy lady' of yours is gorgeous @donnadavisart , please go for both: digital oil and b&w ink. Although, my preference is already for the latter option!
There is nothing like indulging in our passions ... something which the summer allows me to do :)
