PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!

I just registered to D.tube and I tried to upload my first video. They ask me to upload a thumbnail or use the thumbnail URl instead. I am actually pretty confused because I tried to to make a thumbnail and upload it, but it showed me a error sign where it say error uploading IPFS.

I would really appreciate if someone can teach me how to upload videos in D.tube properly. Thank You
