What is OPTIN Coin?

HOW THE CURRENT NETWORK WORKS

User abuse

Unregulated and opaque middlemen openly gather information about all users. They then sell this data for a profit without the user’s permission. Users are bombarded with unwanted ads that target them based on some unknown metric.
Inefficiency
