Danke, ja klar das ist was für Anfänger und ziemlich billig, sowas kostet normal ab 600k aufwärts nach oben offen.
Und Gartenlaube mit 200m² Wfl. ist ja auch nicht schlecht!
Hat ja auch noch nicht mal nen Fahrstuhl deswegen nicht unbedingt altersgerecht ausgelegt.
eben was für jüngere Leute oder Sportler.

Na schon klar, lass gut sein ich weiß das das für die meisten schon too much ist, es sei denn die ziehen wirklich mit Sack und Pack um, oder haben gerade von der Oma ebbes geerbt ;)
In Frankfurt bekommst Du dafür keine wirklich vernünftige Eigentumswohnung und in München, Düsseldorf, Berlin und Hamburg auch nicht... und das Wetter ist echt bescheiden aber es gibt ja viel Arbeit in Deutschland (Frage ist nur wie lange noch)
