The Better Approach to Time Management.
Some coaches say that we're all busy, that it's normal and not a problem. But is this 'busyness' as a coach part of the real problem?
When I first started life coaching 12 years ago I thought that was the way to help as many people as possible. To keep as busy as possible.
I thought that in order to be more 'productive' I had to work hard and hustle more.
I researched tonnes of 'productivity hacks' and multitasked everything that come my way.
This approach drove me round in circles, literally just doing more of the wrong things, the tasks and activities that didn't create results fast and effectively enough.
Who really truly wants to sleep less, work more and hustle harder?
Multitasking instead of focusing solely on clients.
How may 'productivity hacks' does it really take to become as productive and effective as we really want to be?
Isn't productivity and effectiveness more about becoming more organised and prioritising better?
To get better, faster results we want to get rid of low-value tasks and replace them with high-value tasks.
Identifying what could be automated and truly focusing on our strengths and unique skills and abilities.
That then creates a coaching environment where you enjoy what you're doing, get better at coaching, creating lasting results for your clients with a greater impact.
