In the forest of no woods

At the table of ridicule
So my preparation will meet the demand

Who has got married to the present
So much
Without any consultation with the future
Will your dine at the table of ridicule
Meet the test of time?
When your skin begins to wear away
When your teeth bid your gum goodbye
When your marrows divorce your bones
When weakness marries in your joints
And sickness scores your immunity
Will you have regret unregrettable
Or regret regrettably?

The future counts
So we must buy time from the present
To visit the future
As we draw lessons from the past
And live in the joyous present
