Eban Ice Caves in Eben Junction. Michigan's Upper Penninsula Winter Fun

The ice caves form each winter as water seeps through the walls of the Rock River Gorge. Located off M94 in Eben Junction. The trail to get there involves walking across a farmers field, through the woods and a perilously dangerous hike, as after all ice is slippery. Some sort of anti-slip footwear is required, I used ones that had little studs but still slid on my rear end many times to get to my destination.
