More Homebuyers Turning Away From Coastal Cities

A record number of homebuyers are turning away from coastal cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, and turning to move to places like Phoenix, Charlotte NC, or Austin, Texas.
This is causing some places to see home prices go up drastically, some more than 50 per cent as demand surges.
They're also leaving places like San Fran and D.C. and looking elsewhere for an alternative home option, flocking to places in Florida and elsewhere. As more people get the freedom to work from home this means they get more opportunity in where they can look to live, that might mean going somewhere else.

Homebuyers in the U.S. right now are said to be facing the most competitive market that they have seen in decades.
There are rumors circulating that we should get ready for a potential real estate market crash. There are some real estate market experts who have insisted though that even if it does crash it might not take that long to make a comeback.

There are hundreds of thousands of residents who have fled New York and sough to move to South Florida and other areas. They are also taking billions of dollars in income right along with them.

Americans are moving instead to places in Florida, Texas, even Idaho, as they look for opportunity and a better standard of living elsewhere. Idaho has had one of the largest net gains of those moving into the state, as well as New Mexico, North Carolina, Kentucky, Maine, and Delaware.
