The Fly
With polyhedral eye and shabby clothes,
To populate the stinking cat you walk
The promontory of the dead man’s nose,
Climb with the fine leg of a Duncan-Phyfe
The smoking mountains of my food
And in a comic mood
In mid-air take to bed a wife.

Today, I decided to take my 60mm macro lens hunting... for some critters! It is amazing to see what you can discover when you delve into the world of the common household insect. I found this fly chillin' out in the sun on my deck. He stayed put and posed for the camera even while I hovered only a couple centimeters from him.
Great photo, with an appropriate poem to go with it
Baie dankie :)
