Incantation „Profane Nexus”

The band's eleventh album, entitled "Profane Nexus", does not bring to the music of McEntee's team a single thing we would not have heard before. But what if it's a band without a weak record? Together with this album I got what I expected - a morederic dose of death metal bored in doom arrangements - one that crushes your head with its weight, tarry sounds clogging all holes in your body, until it bursts your lungs. Characteristic vocals together with rubble-sulfated guitars make me have an authentic goose skin. And the most they do to me in these mega-heavy waltzes, like "Incorporeal Despair". But on the other hand - immediately after it we get the insane "Xipe Totec", which attacks us with fast and brutal death metal (lasting a minute and two seconds!) and we know that with them there are simply no jokes - they will find themselves in both these styles with murderous perfection. I'm bought with their album from the first listening - maybe on the one hand I thought it would be good from the beginning, but on the other hand - I wouldn't have heard if Incantation had recorded the pile. They recorded one of the best albums in their discography and also one of the best death metal records this year. I said.
