Didn't mean to suggest the power of ban hammer. I just meant that having users that spend their own time and SP downvoting things that deserve it and enlisting the help of others to serve that need is needed for now. They don't need extra powers beyond what we already have.

I'm with you in regards to not giving people the ability to outright censor and ban etc. That isn't what we need. I think we are on the same page, more or less.
