Bears - a poem
While moving across the lines and squares,
Be certain you don’t mess with the bears.
We are grumpy in the winter.
While riding a unicycle down the stairs,
Hop silently purposely down with care.
Bears hide everywhere.
When combing tangles from her hair,
Tiny short strokes will get you there.
Lookout! Lookout!
And if by chance, you make her cry...
Tears may sparkle in her eye.
Find shelter in your cave,
Waiting for a summer day.
She will grow and smile in time,
Finding girlish squares and lines.
Taking dreams of majestic duty,
Called to bring tomorrow’s beauty.
