An Interesting Week
Well... maybe... it may be an interesting 2 weeks. Regardless, it is time to hibernate. The weather has changed in Oklahoma. The north winds have blown our warmth and comfort elsewhere. I feel an instinctive need to find a cave and settle down for a long winter’s nap. Please wake me when these hard times are over.
From my seat in the stadium of life, all things look tense. Economic pressures are high. Political issues are tense.
Cryptos caught a bid this morning. This seems a warning of doom for fiat currencies. A rush on metals will confirm a flight to safety.
This confirmation will take a bit of time. Central banks will not surrender their control without a fight. Helicopter money will be attempted first.
Then hyper-inflation will set in. Rapid price changes will hit retail stores.
My instinctive desire to hibernate grows stronger. Winter is here. There may not be much sun for a few months.

Yes winter has come to south Texas today rain and the 40's for the next few days with more rain after that but temp up to the 60's. I also see one of the great stores (Sears) when I was young has filed for bankruptcy and I do not see it making it very sad.
Have you ever seen Game of Thrones?
