We can all be workaholics or lazy, it depends on whether we have a clearly defined goal. The hardest part is getting to the point of seeing what we want, defining our desire (goal), making a plan and strategy, and being disciplined. Commitment and obsession with results are what makes the difference between average people and leaders. When you see people with the most Steem Power, with the largest communities it tells you that the user is a true leader. A large part of a successful community is in the voting power, but one man is not omnipotent and he has a limit, but all users together if they follow his steps then that community will be powerful and big.
