This is an example we need to follow, this is an example we see in the support of the Steem Team, this is a moment that will change the future, a moment that will bring mass action and mass adoption of the Steem blockchain in the world. This is a place where some make millions, some earn for food, and some users invest in their future. Steem is one house, one big family that gets new kids every day. Can any of the users be in one family, eat the best food, have the best part of the house, sleep on the nicest bed, have a full wallet, and have a person next to them who has nowhere to sleep, nothing to do eats because her fridge is empty, no money to invest in Steem Power?
@steemcurator01 and other steemcurators have a lot of voting power, but they can't support the whole world on their own, we all have the opportunity to do much more together. I am not in favour of supporting users who are not active, who do not invest their time writing quality posts, who are not honest, who only do Power Down, who do not support others.
@xpilar can have a minimum of 500-600 SBD on each post, but he only has 100 sbd because he supports a lot of users, a lot of families have food because of his support, he is a real leader, a hero and a real Viking.

Honestly, it’s not easy to read posts every day, write posts, support projects, reinvest in Steem, help creative individuals. It takes a lot of love, discipline, focus, perseverance. That is why it is important that users understand that the best support is given to those who invest their time and their potential to promote Steem, to bring in new users, those who invest, who are creative and active. There are no limits to success, there is no limit to Steem blockchain evolution, we exist as users who can make many useful and beautiful projects. We all clearly see that the growth trend has accelerated, that a new wave of development is going on that will take off on the wings of our enthusiasm and Steem values. Each of us has our own profile on social networks, each of us can share our post, each of us needs to connect with other users and together be a recognizable group that promotes Steem. I have actually seen lots of post from friends about steemit but like you have said, if more work is being put in to promoting steem, more new users like myself will join the blockchain. I have heard many testimonies how helpful steem is and I know of a friend who moved his business to a great level simply because he joined the steem blockchain. Thank you for the effort you and the other leaders are putting in making the steem blockchain a success. Like I said earlier, I am very new to this blockchain so I am up for mentoring.
