Many posts are great but are little rewarded, even if all investors help all users it would not be enough to make everyone happy. Investors keep the stability of Steem and SBD prices, users maintain the rating on the Internet, there is a balance and again we need a synergy that will take us on a new path of growth. Real success is when we do something we believe in, when we are committed and disciplined and the current results are not visible, we do something that will happen in the future. Sometimes projects come to the surface that becomes successful overnight, if we are lucky enough to recognize such an idea and jump in right away then it is a 100% hit, but the essence is not in happiness but in knowing that we can create new values. The golden rule of success is that we can do everything if we are persistent enough to find the right solution that will give us results. When we recognize talents working focused on one big goal, that’s the moment when our decision to join is great. I know that not everyone can reach great results quickly, the competition for quality posts and actions is great, so you have to plan your success. Strategy and goals, plan and action that is every day, it is required of us to reach the top. It is easiest to make a coin or Token, the hardest part is to have value, to be accepted by users, the stock market, so Steem is extremely important because it is accepted and its growth potential is unlimited. We have two directions on the Steem blockchain, 1. How to earn as much Steem as possible and 2. How to add value with new applications, projects value to the Steem blockchain. You always think in the interest of all users, that is the right path of leadership.
There are various strategies and opportunities for internet earnings, for blockchain earnings, Steemit is a special story that has a strong background and five years of experience. Every Steemian is valuable, every persistent user deserves to be rewarded, we need innovation and support with other Steem or Tron tokens, we need mass action and a massive influx of new users that we can support with real rewards. The tokenization of communities, applications, airdrops, the reward and promotion system that will be rewarded, such things we need to go a step further, to reach the top of the blockchain universe.

It's very important that we bring in new users it will also be very impressive if rewards are attached to those who brings new users . Also it hasn't been very easy going through the registration process. I have been trying to assist some new folks but it hasn't been a rosy.
