The smoking bloody mary

I am going to share one of my best recipes ever. I learned how to do this drink while I was at cooking school and I took some mixology classes. Its perfect to impress your friends and to become the king of drinks in the party.

You will need.

• 1 oz Your choice of vodka
• 1 oz Bacon licour
• 4 oz Tomato juice
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 5 drops of tabasco sauce
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of white pepper
• 1 Slice of bacon
• 1 scallion

Directions

In a highball glass we put 1 oz vodka and 1 oz bacon licour then we add lemon juice and tomato juice, then we add the tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Mix it with a the mixing spoon and last we put the little slice of bacon with the scallion to add a nice touch!

Drink and enjoy! Bacon gives the taste of haven to everything it touches, so sure you will enjoy this nice drink.
