Try out the program by getting a copy from github:

Be sure to download python 2.7, and if you have any issues running it, make sure that python is in your global path.

I got the idea for this when looking up joke programming languages. One of them is the Everett programming language. This started out as an implementation of that, but then I decided I wanted to make any type of file, so this is the result.
